Apprenticeship Programs Currently Accepting Applications:
Heat & Frost Insulators Local 17
Local 17 will be accepting Apprentice Applications Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. over a 2-week period beginning September 8, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. and ending September 19, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. Their address is 3850 South Racine Ave, Chicago, IL 60609. When an applicant arrives to apply, he/she will be given a packet explaining what requirements have to be met and in what time frame.
Electrical Construction Program
In the Electrical Construction Program apprentices learn to install and maintain power, communications, and lighting systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. Applicants who are selected into the program from this registration will begin classes in 2009. For more information on this program, please do to their website at www.ejatt.com
