New IL PHCC Chapter President and Board Recently Installed

BURR RIDGE – The next contractor leader and board members were officially sworn in June 18, 2026, during the Illinois Chapter of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (IL PHCC) annual meeting in East Peoria, IL. Tom Mahoney (Little Tommy’s Plumbing Shop) took office as state President, succeeding his PCA of Greater Chicago peer Kevin Kuhn (RJ Kuhn Plumbing, Heating & Cooling).
Anthony Brown (Werner-Nugent Plumbing) as President-Elect; John Baethke (Baethke Plumbing; in absentia) as Treasurer; and Kuhn as President Emeritus along with other past Board members and Auxiliary leader were administered the Oath by PCA President Rick Kuhn (also of RJ Kuhn of Oswego, IL).
The function also included association business led by state chapter Executive Director Bev Potts. The election was conducted during the traditional annual meeting. Also featured were the past Presidents’ gathering, the opening reception, dinner, and an auction benefiting the IL PHCC’s Auxiliary.
Among the attendees were National PHCC Auxiliary President, past state chapter President and previous Zone Director Terry McCarthy (Terry Plumbing Co.); PHCC local chapter Executive Directors from the Bloomington-Normal PHCC, the Egyptian Association, the Great Southwestern IL Association, the Midwest Illinois Mechanical Contractors Association, and the PCA of Greater Chicago; plus VIP’s and invited guests; and spouses. The Board meeting took place June 19, 2026.
